This wide ruled composition notebook paper template is a pdf file. It is 7.5 by 9.75 and has two red lines as shown on a typical piece of notebook paper. One of the red lines is lighter than the other. This is a one page document but you can easily print multiple copies.

I use this with a tablet and an app that allows me to write on pdf files. It is great to model notes or just explain to students where their name and date should be placed on the page. If using an app you can import the file into the app and then write on it. You can easily make this two pages by just making a copy or duplicating the page while it is blank.
